先日、ある人と飲んでいたら、最初の１ヶ月が乗り切れるか
どうかということらしいです。
それでは、ブログ第２号は、「誠実さ」についてです。
●「誠実さ」
定義）仕事や他者に対して、誠意と真心がこもっている
●行動例でチェック）
１．事実を正直に報告している。
２．相手との約束は必ず守っている。
３．「言っていることと」と「行なっていること」が常に一致している。
４．相手のためになると思ったときは、耳の痛いことでも伝えている
「誠実さ」この言葉は、商売をしていても、私生活でも、
本当によく耳にします。
女性に、将来の結婚相手、どんな人が理想ですかと聞くと、
たいがい「誠実な人」という言葉が返ってきます。
女性は特に好む言葉ですね。
女性の方、気に障ったらゴメンナサイ。
「誠実」にはいろんな意味があると思いますが、
女性がいう「誠実」は、嘘をつかない（逆を読むと騙された経験あり）
という意味かな？！。
私は商売をしているので、誠実は「真心がこもっている」
「裏と表がなく正直」という感じを受けています。
誠実の意味なんて、突き詰めて考えたことある人は、
少ないと思いますが、みなさんはどのように定義づけますか！
実はお恥ずかしいのですが、
当社の行動指針（「誠実、愚直、感動」）の中にも、誠実が入っています。
仕事のうえでの誠実ですから、「言っていることと」と「行なっていること」
が同じ、「相手のためになると思ったときは、耳の痛いことも伝える」
といった感じです。
私は、当社メンバーが仕事上判断に迷った時は、
「誠実な対応をしろ」といっています。
誠実な対応の中身は、メンバーそれぞれに任せています。
考えてみればこのビジネス社会、お客のことを考えずに、
いかに金儲けをするか、ということに始終している気がします。
そこには、誠実もなにもあったもんじゃない。
今、日本に欠けているのは、この「誠実さ」ではないかと思います。
家庭でも学校でも教えていない気がします。
せめて、うちの会社からでもこの「誠実さ」を実践していきたいと
思います。
キレイごとをいうなと言われそうですが、あえてそれをしていきたい
と馬鹿正直に思っています。
