弊社の顧問先企業は、建設・土木、製造、飲食・小売、医療など様々な業種があり、顧問先各社の年末賞与算定のご支援をさせて頂いているところです。
今般の景気低迷に伴う業績悪化によって賞与原資を減額せざるを得ない企業が多い一方、今年４月～９月の半期決算で、２０%弱もの経常利益を計上し、賞与原資を大幅に増額する企業がありました。
この企業は、約２年前まで、経常赤字に陥っていたほど業績が厳しく、経営者が資金繰りに奔走されていたことが思い出されます。
当時、事業継続の危機に瀕したこの企業は、人事・給与制度の改正を行い、人件費を大幅に見直しました。
この企業が現在２０％弱もの経常利益を計上するほどの「V字回復」を果たした主な要因は、次の２つであると考えます。
1. 人件費の見直しを契機に、会社と従業員が危機感を共有し、痛み分けをした
2. 利益重視の方針を打ち出し、営業戦略や業務プロセスを見直しながら、できる限り「数字の見える化」をした
上記の結果、少しずつ利益が出るようになり、その利益を最大限、賞与として従業員へ還元してきました。
従業員は、会社の業績と自分の成果に強い関心を持つようになり、努力と成果に報いられることで、さらにやる気が上がっていきました。
もちろん金銭報酬だけではありません。チャレンジ意欲と能力ある者を抜擢し、成長機会を与えてきました。
「結果を出す」→「報いられる」→「また頑張る」・・・、
何とも単純な理屈ですが、この企業は「成長スパイラル」に入ったのだと思います。

The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it'll do even better in those areas, but for now it's a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod's strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.
