今回は、私のマイブーム（食べ物編）について、お話ししたいと思います。
まず、「花畑牧場の生キャラメル」 です。
言うまでもなく、あの「田中義剛」さんの牧場で販売している生キャラメルです。
先日、友人が北海道のお土産に買ってきてくれました。よくテレビで特集をしていたのを見て、知ってはいたものの、「所詮、キャラメルだし〜」と思って、あんまり気にしていなかったのですが、食べてみてビックリ！！想像以上の美味しさでした。
「キャラメル＝食べ始めは硬い」というイメージでしたが、この生キャラメルは口に入れた途端、溶け始めて、トロトロの食感になります。トロトロになるため、歯にくっつくこともありません。さらに、甘すぎず、何個でも美味しく頂けます。
通販販売も行っているみたいなので、機会があれば、一度召し上がってみて下さい。
次に、「チーズ」 です。
もともとチーズは好きな方だったのですが、最近は、特にはまっています。どのくらい好きかと言えば、毎日チーズのみ３食食べても大丈夫なくらいです。どんな種類のチーズも、よほどのことがなければＯＫです。（白カビ、青カビ、山羊、ウォッシュ等）
どちらかと言えば、プロセスチーズやハードタイプのものよりも、ナチュラルチーズの方が断然大好きです。
でも、チーズって意外に値段が高いのを皆さんご存知ですか？
チーズを専門店で買う時に、試食して美味しいチーズを見つけて、「これを下さい」と勢いで言ったものの、値段を見てビックリすることも度々あります。でも、自分へのご褒美ということで、主人には内緒で、ついつい買ってしまいますが。
今の季節は、「モンドール」というフランスのナチュラルチーズがお薦めです。秋冬限定なので、今の季節しか食べることのできない一品です。
最後に、ＭＹおすすめチーズの食べ方を紹介して、終わりたいと思います。
１．ナチュラルチーズを用意 ※丸いものをまるごと一個（モンドールやカマンベールチーズなど）
２．上面の皮を切り取り、ガーリック（すりおろし、量はお好みで）、
白ワイン 小さじ１、パン粉 少々 を入れて、オーブン or トースタで
７〜８分焼く（機種によって異なるので調整して下さい）
３．中のチーズが溶ければ、出来上がり！
そのまま食べても美味しいし、パンや温野菜をつけて、即席チーズフォンデュ風に食べるのも最高です。

Hands down, Apple's app store wins by a mile. It's a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I'm not sure I'd want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
