今日は、最近私の息子（小6）が「すごいと思っている人」の話です。
その人は、池上彰さん。
池上さんといえば「週刊こどもニュース」では、ニュースに詳しい「お父さん」役、最近では、「そうだったのか!池上彰の学べるニュース」に出演されています。
昨日も息子は、「今日は池上さんの番組で日経平均とか株のことを教えてくれるらしい、絶対に見ないと！」と番組前からハイテンション。おそらく、日経平均や株に興味があるわけではなく（テレビや新聞で聞いたりみたりすることばなので多少はあると思いますが）、池上さんのニュース解説がみたいだと思いました。
番組中も「そうなんだ～、分かりやすい！池上さんは『神だ（最近、よく使っているすごい人を形容することば）』とテレビにかぶりついていました.
番組が終わって池上さんのどんなところがすごいか話をしました。
難しいことを誰にでも分かるように、しかも、自分の意見や考え方を入れて、聞いている人に納得感をあたえられるところがすごいね、と。
一番すごいところは、
・そのニュースに関心がある人もない人も池上ワールドに引き込んでいくところ
・ゴールデンタイム（今では死語ですかね）にニュース解説をひとつの番組にしているところ
ではないかと思いました。
息子には、
「池上さんがこれまでどんな職業（仕事）をしてきたかもみると面白いかもよ」
といっておきました。
今日あたり、ウィキペデアで調べているかもしれません。
